DR MONA MUSTAFA
Director of Government & Industry Relations
Dr. Mona Mustafa holds the position of Associate Professor at the University of Birmingham, Dubai campus. She attained her Ph.D. in Management in 2010, from Royal Holloway, the University of London. Her research interests primarily focus on cross-cultural studies and the field of expatriate management and remote working. She has been an editor for a few journals such as the International Journal of Human Resource Management IJHRM.
DR VIC BENUYENAH
Director of Research & Academic Engagement
Dr. Vic Benuyenah, an organisational psychologist, investigates the effectiveness of HR practices and labour efficiency within complex organisations. His research has been published in esteemed journals, such as the Evidence-Based HRM Journal and the International Journal of Manpower. Vic serves as an Associate Editor for the Journal of Research in Innovative Teaching & Learning and is a member of the Editorial Board for Management Decisions. Furthermore, he holds the position of Associate Editor for the Springer Journal of Humanities and Social Sciences Communications. With over a decade of experience in senior academic roles spanning Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.
